“Educating is not training”

We completely agree with Maria Montessori’s point of view on education.

Like her, we believe that a child is potentially good and by simply respecting him, that trait will remain.

We believe that children are in essence open to others, whatever their differences in language or race, and learning to live in community is an asset.

We think that each child is unique and that the role of an educator is to bring out his potential.

Our mission is to develop the children’s autonomy and self-esteem.
Our method, which has proven itself everywhere around the world, is neither debonair nor permissive. It is based on trust between the child and the educator. Children learn the sense of responsibility, socialization and respect for others.

We have an agreement with the children in our care: to give them confidence so that they can all say: “Teach me to do it myself”
